Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using WishSeal. These terms govern your use of the app and constitute a legal agreement between you and the WishSeal developer.
By creating an account or using WishSeal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
WishSeal is a personal wishlist app that allows you to save product links, build wishlists, and share them with friends and family you invite. The service is provided "as is" and is currently free to use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile information current. You may not impersonate another person or use someone else's email address without permission.
You agree not to use WishSeal to share, promote, or link to content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content that violates this policy and to terminate accounts of repeat violators.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By adding items to your wishlist, you grant WishSeal a limited license to store and display that content to users you have connected with. We do not claim ownership of your wishlist data.
Wishlist items may contain links to third-party websites and retailers. WishSeal is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those websites. Purchases made on third-party sites are solely between you and the retailer.
The WishSeal name, logo, and app design are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
WishSeal is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, failed scraped product details, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $0 (the amount paid for the service).
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
